Thought I would drop you a note to let you know that I am very impressed with the Travelers workers comp group. Filing the claim was relatively easy. An adjuster followed up the same day, and then the nurse assigned to claim also followed up the same day. The adjuster and nurse (who live in St Louis) have been in regular contact with both me and our employee. I may not be as thrilled when out premiums eventually go up, but right now they seem to be going above and beyond to put our employee at ease, and to make sure we are informed as to what is going on.

Thought you might like to know in the event you have another client who needs to file a WC claim.

Everyone I came in contact with at the Group were phenomenal. I was shopping around for a quote for my dad, who is a "penny pincher." I talked to the broker, Ed, to get the ball rolling then I spoke with his asst Karen. All parties were very helpful and very attentive. They were competitive with their quote, therefore my dad purchased the policy. Great job!!!
